Also, Rakesh has served executive and board member positions at various non-profit organizations. Mr. Jwalant Lakhia currently works for Sirius XM Radio as Senior Manager, OEM Applications Engineering. Jwalant has over eighteen years of experience in design, development, and launch of electronics products for automotive, consumer, marine and aviation industries.

Ram is an operations and manufacturing executive with over 30 years experience in the automotive area. He currently is the Program Management Director for General Motors Electric Vehicles “Ultium” propulsion systems. His experience includes overseeing manufacturing engineering operations for transmission and engine programs, responsibility for GM’s Powertrain operations in Asia, launching the Chevrolet Bolt EV, and running engine operations. Ram earned an undergraduate degree. in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also serves on other professional and non-profit boards.

Muthu is responsible in defining and developing Industry Solution Experiences for the Energy & Materials Customers at Dassault Systemes the 3DEXPERIENCE Company. Dassault’s world-leading solutions transform the way products are designed, produced, and supported, bridging the virtual and real universes. He has over 25 years of Industry experience ranging from Product Management, R&D, Market Intelligence to Consulting. Muthu has been a trusted advisor to the customers and organizations he served with a strong acumen in Digital Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management. He is passionate about renewable energy’s significance in combating climate change. Muthu is an Electrical Engineer from NIT Allahabad India, with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Oakland University. He also has a Master’s Certificate in Business Leadership and Management from MSU’s Eli Broad School of Management.

He has over 30 years’ experience in Automotive and Petrochemical industries in the fields of project management, product development, CAE, Testing and Quality/Reliability validation. Sridhar has been a pioneer at Chrysler in developing simulation tools and processes for vehicle durability/reliability and Offshore engineering operations and talent development. Sridhar holds a Master degree in Engineering from Michigan Tech University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Sridhar is passionate about new technologies in engineering product development and keenly interested in mentoring and people/talent development.
